Every order, payment, and shipment goes through her Marie Gems Shopify account, so your checkout, confirmation email, and card statement will say “Marie Gems.” She handles all the grown-up stuff (money, your address, shipping, and any order questions) so I can just focus on making your plushie or drawing. My own contact info stays off this site — any questions about an order go straight to her.
🌷 Good to know before you buy: there are only 2 of each plushie, and what you see is what you get. I don’t take custom plushie orders because I’m in school, and school comes first! Shipping for plushies is a flat $7.50 per order in the US.

CARE: Spot clean when possible. If deeper cleaning is necessary, gently hand wash using cool or lukewarm water and mild detergent. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Gently press out excess water rather than wringing or twisting. Reshape while damp. Lay flat and allow to air dry completely.

How do I buy a plushie?

Only 2 of each plushie are available, and what you see in the photos is what you get.
Do you make custom plushies?
No, I don’t take custom plushie orders. I’m in school, and school comes first. Every plushie in the shop is already made.
How much is shipping?
Shipping for plushies is a flat $7.50 per order, no matter how many plushies you buy. Right now plushies ship to US addresses only. Plushies are already made, so orders ship within 1-2 business days.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Florals Garden Crafts does not accept returns or exchanges.
